The wedding service-area list for this county is Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Key Biscayne, Doral, Pinecrest, and surrounding communities. That is the home county, not a trip we describe as an add-on. There is still no public street address to visit beforehand. The pizzas are cooked at the event.
This is not drop-off. The team arrives with professional ovens, equipment, and ingredients, then stretches, tops, and bakes NY-style pizza during the wedding. Pizzas come out in waves onto a serving table so guests can take a slice without a plated-dinner line. Menus are chosen ahead of time. Guests can talk to the chef and ask for a light change when the line allows it.
In Miami-Dade the same station covers the formats already published for weddings: a reception where continuous pizza is the meal, a rehearsal dinner, a welcome party for out-of-town guests arriving in South Florida, cocktail hour between ceremony and reception, a late-night arrival, and the after-party. A reception can add a pasta station, salad bar, bread and signature dips, and Nutella and pistachio dessert pizzas when you want more than pizza. Late-night is not assumed — it is its own pizza count and service window, quoted on its own.
Hotels, clubs, gardens, villas, private residences, and event venues are the place types we already plan around. Indoor rooms use electric ovens, and only after space, power, and venue approval are confirmed. We do not operate wood-fired ovens. Outdoor service needs a flat or well-ventilated area and reasonable loading access. If the space is hard to picture, photos or a short walkthrough are what we ask for.
A real My Way wedding — served fresh, on site.
These are the Miami-Dade names already published for wedding catering. If the venue is in a surrounding community, send the address. Travel and setup are confirmed from the location and the access.
Being based in Miami does not skip the walkthrough. Every proposal is still planned around that venue's location, access, setup, and the timeline of the celebration.
Exquisite service and quality. As a wedding planner, I enjoyed their presentation and the behind-the-scenes live making of the pizzas. The guests didn't care that they'd just had a 4-course meal — everyone got up to try that pizza.
