Wedding pizza catering in Fort Lauderdale and Broward

Fort Lauderdale is on our Broward wedding list, and the company behind it is in Miami. There is no public street address in Broward. The live station travels to the venue, and setup is confirmed for that address.

This county

Broward is a traveled county, not a second shop

The published Broward list is Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Plantation, Davie, Weston, Parkland, Pembroke Pines, and surrounding communities. Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood are the coastal names. Plantation, Davie, Weston, Parkland, and Pembroke Pines are inland. We do not plan those as one generic Broward venue. The wedding area section already says each proposal follows the location, the access, the setup, and the timeline.

What comes up from Miami is the live station: professional portable high-temperature ovens, the ingredients, and the people who stretch and bake the pies on site. It is the same refusal of drop-off catering described on the homepage. Electric ovens are the indoor option when the room, the power, and the building approval line up. We do not bring wood-fired ovens to Fort Lauderdale to borrow the phrase — the wedding FAQ says we would rather name the equipment we actually use.

The formats you are choosing among are the ones on the South Florida wedding page, not a Broward-only menu: reception dinner, rehearsal dinner, welcome party, cocktail hour, late-night, and after-party. For a Broward reception, pizza can be the meal, with salad, bread and dips, a pasta station, or Nutella and pistachio dessert pizzas added when the dinner needs them. Late-night stays a separate arrival, sized to a pizza count and a window. Pick the slot before we talk about staffing, because the service window is what we confirm against your timeline.

A travel and setup fee applies based on location. This page does not publish a Broward amount or a mileage table — those numbers are not on the site. Send the venue and a note about loading. The homepage pricing note is the rule we follow: the fee depends on the location. Photos help when you are unsure a Fort Lauderdale hotel or a Weston residence will fit the ovens. Peak dates are worth asking about early. An open date is held with a deposit, and we coordinate with your planner, including a certificate of insurance when the venue requires it.

Planning

What we need from a Broward venue

Because the crew starts in Miami, the useful details are about the site, not about a Fort Lauderdale storefront we do not have.

  • Which published community the venue is in, or where it sits relative to them, plus the kind of place: residence, villa, hotel, club, garden, or event venue.
  • Indoor or outdoor. Indoor means an electric oven and a yes on space, power, and venue approval. Outdoor means a flat or well-ventilated area.
  • How loading works, and a photo if the path from the truck to the station is tight.
  • Guest count and the job you want the station to do. A cocktail-hour pass and a full reception dinner are both offered; they are not the same service window. Most events are about two to three hours of active service, set in advance.
  • A gluten-free crust may be available as an add-on, prepared where flour is present, so cross-contact is possible. Call (305) 645-4346 or send the booking form. Include the zip code — the form asks for it.

Common questions

Questions about Broward

Is Fort Lauderdale wedding catering a different business?
No. It is My Way Pizza & Catering, based in Miami, serving Broward County with the same phone, (305) 645-4346, and the same on-site NY-style pizza. We do not publish a street address in Fort Lauderdale or anywhere else.
Do you cover inland Broward, or only Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood?
Both. The published list is Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Plantation, Davie, Weston, Parkland, Pembroke Pines, and surrounding communities. Coastal and inland venues are confirmed one address at a time — access and setup, not a single county template.
How should we describe the venue so travel can be confirmed?
Send the date, the location, how the team can load in, and an approximate guest count. A travel and setup fee applies based on location and is confirmed from those details. There is no Broward fee chart on the site. If the date is open, a deposit holds it.
Will you work with a Broward planner and the venue?
Yes. We coordinate timeline, access, loading, setup, and service with the planner and the venue, and we provide a certificate of insurance when it is required. High-end disposable dinnerware and napkins are included with the packages.
