My Way Pizza & Catering Co.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, invoices, and services provided by My Way Pizza & Catering Co. ("My Way Pizza," "we," "us"). By submitting a booking request, accepting an invoice, or submitting payment, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Agreement

All events require acceptance of an invoice or execution of a written catering contract to be considered booked. A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit is received. These Terms & Conditions apply unless superseded by a signed catering contract.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due in full by the date stated on the invoice or contract. Events booked close to the event date may require full payment upfront. Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, Zelle, or Cash.

3. Guest Count & Menu Finalization

Guest count and menu selections must be finalized no later than 7 days prior to the event date. Guest count reductions are not permitted after this deadline. Any increases or additions are subject to availability and additional charges. Pricing is based on the final confirmed guest count, not actual attendance.

4. Service Duration & Additional Hours

Standard catering service includes three (3) hours of service unless otherwise stated. Additional time may be requested based on staff availability and is billed at $200 per hour (or part thereof), payable at the end of the event.

5. Setup, Travel & Venue Access

Setup and travel fees apply based on location and logistics. Client is responsible for ensuring timely access to the venue. Delays caused by venue access or client-related issues do not extend service time.

6. Event Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Cancellations within 14 days may require additional payment due to staffing, food, and equipment commitments.

7. Food Service & Safety

My Way Pizza follows standard food safety practices. Once food is served, responsibility transfers to the Client. Clients are responsible for informing guests of allergens or dietary restrictions.

8. Equipment & Damages

Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment caused by guests or third parties. Repair or replacement costs may be billed accordingly.

9. Liability & Indemnification

My Way Pizza is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless My Way Pizza & Catering Co. except in cases of gross negligence.

10. Media & Promotional Use

Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Clients must notify us in writing prior to the event if they prefer not to be featured.

11. Taxes & Pricing

All prices are subject to applicable Florida sales tax. Pricing is not guaranteed until an invoice is issued and accepted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

13. Contract Priority

If there is any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a signed contract or invoice, the signed contract or invoice shall prevail.
